Delivery Policy
At MPE, we are dedicated to providing fast, reliable, and secure delivery services to all our customers across South Africa. Our goal is to ensure that your experience — from placing an order to receiving it — is as seamless and efficient as possible.
1. Nationwide Delivery
We deliver to all major cities, towns, and outlying areas across South Africa. Whether you’re in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, or a remote village, your order will be shipped directly to your chosen address.
Note: Delivery to remote or high-risk areas may be subject to additional verification or extended delivery times.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Major centres: 2–5 business days
Outlying/rural areas: 3–7 business days
High-risk/remote areas: May take slightly longer, depending on courier availability.
We strive to dispatch all items promptly. Delays caused by weather, public holidays, or courier-related issues may occur, though we’ll notify you of any expected changes to delivery timelines.
3. Courier Partners
We work with trusted courier services to ensure secure and reliable delivery. All parcels are shipped with tracking and may require a signature upon receipt.
4. Delivery Fees
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:
Your location
The weight and dimensions of your order
The delivery option selected (standard/express)
Note: Free delivery may apply for orders over a certain value or during promotional periods (where advertised).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time.
6. Delivery Attempts & Undeliverable Packages
Couriers typically make two delivery attempts. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may contact you to reschedule or redirect delivery.
If the package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery (additional fees may apply).
7. Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or is significantly delayed:
Damaged parcels: Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
Delayed/lost parcels: Contact us if your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch.
We will liaise with the courier on your behalf and do our utmost to resolve the issue quickly.
8. Special Delivery Requests
If you have specific delivery instructions (e.g., gate codes, preferred time, or leave-with-neighbour), please include these at checkout. While we pass these on to the courier, we cannot guarantee all requests will be fulfilled.
9. Public Holidays & Weekends
Deliveries are made on weekdays only (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
10. International Shipping
At this time, we only deliver within South Africa. For international shipping requests, please contact our support team to check if arrangements can be made.
